        Cyber sex involves engaging in sexual activities through online using digital devices such as through video calls and messaging apps or virtual reality platforms. It is wherein most likely women to be a victim in this act because in long distance relationship, there are some  couples wherein the boyfriend or the husband ask for the girl to do during video calls or sending explicit images that something that can satisfy their pleasure and can be used against the girl. It can be devastating in a way if they suddenly want to break up, because they can use the images and videos to blackmail and use against you for exploitation.


        As a female and as a student it really is a reminder for all of us to be aware of this kind of act or issues that can greatly affect our lives, The internet is a place that can spread information and images in seconds. That's why we must always be careful of our actions. Even if there are consent involve, privacy is the main concern because the internet is vulnerable to hacking and once you send something explicit, it can be spread and used when hacked. And it will lead us to stress and anxiety and affects our ability to develop relationship and trust to others. We need to know the consequences of our actions. it is our responsibility to have the awareness and education about this sensitive topic because someday it might happen and reflecting from this knowledge we can now have an idea what to do when this situation arises.


        Overall, cyber sex represents a challenge for us women, not just women but as well as men should also control their desires and should always be respectful to their partners especially in the online world because we don't know what might happen on the internet someday because we are always not safe when we are online, we have to be aware of that fact, if a couple is really engaged with sexual stuff then it is better for them to take a break off if they are in long distance relationship and gain self control so that we can promote and enhance relationships and well-being.
